About: Connor Tripp

Hello everyone! Thank you so much for coming to our blog site. I hope you learn something from our posts and gain a new perspective on this amazing field! As a bit of background information, I was born and raised in York, SC, and grew up thinking I would be a police officer like my father. After graduating high school, I determined that this was not the career path for me and switched my major from criminal justice to pre-physical therapy as the medical field has always been of interest to me. I attended Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, FL, and graduated with my bachelor’s degree in May of 2018. Since then, I have moved to NC with my beautiful wife Esther, crazy dog Kai, and three perfect cats (Koda, Kasper, Kylo). I worked as a PT tech for 2.5 years at a large outpatient orthopedic company before beginning PT school in January of 2022, and am looking forward to completing my graduate degree at Campbell University’s DPT program in December of 2024. Currently, I am interested in both outpatient neuro and outpatient sports settings with hopes of pursuing one of these in the near future!
